【Job Responsibilities】

"1. Responsible for mechanical design of the company’s standard and non-standard equipment.

2. Independently complete mechanical structure, transmission and positioning scheme design, material selection and necessary theoretical calculation for non-standard automated test equipment.

3. Take charge of model selection, design and BOM creation for standard components of equipment (such as lead screws, electric cylinders, linear motors) and key parts (such as probe modules, precision alignment platforms).

4. Generate detailed engineering drawings, assembly specifications, user manuals and other technical documents.

5. Cooperate with electrical engineers for joint commissioning and optimization of equipment, and provide support for on-site assembly, debugging and troubleshooting of technical issues."

【Job Requirements】

"1. Majors in Mechanical Design, Mechatronics, Automation or related fields; full-time college diploma or above.

2. Minimum 3 years of design experience in non-standard automated equipment; familiarity with vision equipment is preferred.

3. Solid foundational knowledge of mechanical transmission, engineering materials, tolerance fit, machining processes, heat treatment, surface treatment, etc.

4. Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD and other design software for 3D modeling and engineering drawing output.

5. Possess good communication skills, teamwork spirit and project driving capabilities."
